I really wanted this to work because I liked the idea of not using regular cotton swabs all the time, but it just didn’t do much for me.

The tip is really smooth, so instead of actually grabbing anything, it felt like it was just pushing wax around. I ended up using normal cotton swabs afterward anyway, which kind of defeats the whole point.

Cleaning it after was also more annoying than I expected, especially when it barely did anything in the first place. Maybe it works better for other people or maybe I’m just missing something, but for me it felt like a waste of money.

I’m not sure if I used it wrong or just expected too much, but it barely cleaned anything for me. I kept wondering if I was doing something differently than other people, but i didn’t notice much of a difference

I like the whole eco-friendly concept, and it does make me feel a little better not tossing out cotton swabs all the time. The case is handy and easy to keep around too. That said, it definitely takes some getting used to, and I’m still not convinced it works as well as regular swabs for every situation. I also wish they were more specific about what it’s supposed to replace or how effective it’s actually meant to be, because the promises feel kind of vague. Overall, it’s a nice product and I’m glad I tried it, but it’s not amazing for me...

I got annoyed quickly with this. It works fine, I guess, but it’s not doing anything better than cheap cotton buds. For the price, I expected way more, and now I’m just irritated that I spent that much on it.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color and had to ask for a refund. Support took a couple of days to get back to me, so it wasn’t the fastest experience, but once they replied, they handled everything properly and the money came back without any issues. Overall, it felt fair, and I was relieved it all got sorted in the end

i got my lastswab a little while back, and i’m happy with it. the case feels solid and not like cheap plastic, and the swab itself has kept its shape even after i’ve rinsed it a bunch of times.

it’s a simple little thing, but you can tell the materials are decent. no weird smell, no cracking, and the case still snaps shut fine even after being tossed in my bag. 5 stars from me.

Trying to return this was annoying. It took way too long, and after a while it felt like I was practically begging them just to help me with a basic return. By the end, I was resentful about the whole experience.

When they finally did respond, the answer was kind of vague and didn’t really solve the issue, so I ended up having to message them again just to get a clearer explanation. It wasn’t the absolute worst support experience I’ve ever had or anything like that, but for something that should’ve been easy to sort out, I definitely expected it to be quicker and more helpful.

I’ve used this for travel and it’s been really convenient. It packs easily, doesn’t take up much space, and feels like something I can rely on when I’m on the go

I ordered from LastSwab and the package just never showed up. The tracking barely moved the whole time, and support took ages to get back to me. I remember checking the tracking while eating a weirdly tiny banana from a gas station, because I was that bored waiting for an update. Maybe the product itself is great, but I wouldn’t know since I never got to try it. Frustrating experience, so it’s 1 star from me.

I ordered the blue lastswab and somehow ended up with the pink one. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s one of those simple things that shouldn’t be hard, especially when the order clearly says blue. Shipping was fine, I just wish someone had checked the item before sending it out

It does work, but the whole reusable part started to feel like a chore. Cleaning it every time isn’t difficult, but it’s a little gross, and I never felt totally convinced it was as clean as I wanted it to be.

I also had that slight feeling like there might be extra costs or little add-ons pushed later, which made me a bit unsure about the overall value. After a while, I just stopped reaching for it and went back to regular swabs sometimes. Nice idea, just not practical enough for me.

It works fine for what it is, but after using it for a while it really seems to hold onto odors and even after cleaning it I still notice the smell, so that part is annoying.
